Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in Fort Meade, MD on-site is seeking a Cyber Operations Planner to support defensive cyberspace operations for a key government partner. The role centers on planning and execution of OA&I, collaborating with internal and joint staff to protect critical infrastructure.

The position involves FUOPS planning, translating guidance into COAs/CONOPs/TTPs, and leading planning processes with diverse teams. A TS/SCI clearance is required for continuation of employment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 10 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience
• Associate's degree with 14 years of experience
• In lieu of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct and support FUOPS planning and defensive cyber operations execution.
• Translate strategic guidance into executable COAs, CONOPs, and TTPs.
• Lead or support deliberate planning and Crisis Action Planning using the Joint Planning Process (JPP).
• Lead teams of diverse stakeholders to develop plans that meet Commander’s priorities and mission objectives.
• Develop and conduct briefings to senior leadership.
• Author and staff CONOPS and various levels of operational plans (e.g., BPLANS, CONPLANS, OPLANS).
• Develop assessment indicators to measure the effectiveness of defensive cyberspace operations.
• Coordinate and de-conflict communications with staff elements and other agencies
