Job summary

Capital Solutions Group located at Fort Meade, MD seeks a Cryptologic Cyber Planner to coordinate cyber operations planning across DoD components, Combatant Commands, and USCYBERCOM. The role requires aligning cyberspace operations with NDS/JSPS objectives and familiarity with JP 3-12.

The position will lead JOPP and JCOP-Cyber for full-spectrum operations, integrating OCO and DCO into multi-domain campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years relevant experience, OR Associates with 4 years, OR HS diploma with 6 years.
• Level 2: Doctoral + 2 years or Master + 3 years or Bachelor + 5 years or Associates + 7 years or HS + 9 years.
• Level 3: Doctoral + 4 years or Master + 6 years or Bachelor + 8 years or Associates + 10 years or HS + 12 years.
• Level 4: Doctoral + 7 years or Master + 9 years or Bachelor + 11 years or Associates + 13 years or HS + 15 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for planning cyber operations to synchronize joint operations across DoD components, Combatant Commands, and USCYBERCOM.
• Align cyberspace operations with National Defense Strategy (NDS) and Joint Strategic Planning System (JSPS) objectives; familiarity with JP 3-12.
• Lead the Joint Operational Planning Process and JCOP-Cyber for full-spectrum cyberspace operations, integrating OCO and DCO into multi-domain campaigns.
• Desireable: Cyber Operations Planners Course, Joint Cyber Operational Planners Course, or DC3 Cyber Training Academy.
• Relevant experience in a DoD mission area and cross-Agency collaboration.
