Job summary

Leidos seeks a Cyber Planner to support strategic and tactical planning for DODIN operations at Fort Meade, MD. The role focuses on defensive cyberspace operations planning, joint planning processes, and coordination with multiple staff and command elements to align objectives with mission priorities.

The candidate will develop CONOPS, staff estimates, and cycle through planning events to deliver actionable plans for higher headquarters. A TS/SCI clearance and JPME II are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 12+ years of experience.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance and eligible for C/I Polygraph.
• JPME II certification/qualification.
• Experience integrating multiple stakeholders and planning inputs.
• Knowledge of JP 3-12 Cyberspace Operations and JP-3/JP 5-0 Joint Planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and support FUOPS planning and defensive cyber operations execution for DCDC.
• Understand JSPS linkages and dependencies for cyber planning.
• Apply operational art and design to defensive cyberspace planning.
• Lead or support Joint Planning Process planning activities.
• Coordinate with staff elements, subordinate commands, and cyber components.
