Role Description

The Cyber Operations Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in Ijamsville, MD. The role also involves monitoring ongoing operations, assessing effectiveness, and recommending adjustments to improve mission outcomes.

• Strong operational planning capabilities, including experience in Operational Planning and Planning for complex missions.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to assess threats, capabilities, and mission requirements to inform cyber plans.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear written documentation, briefings, and coordination with diverse stakeholders.
• Background in Military Operations or equivalent mission-focused environments, with familiarity in integrating cyber capabilities into operational frameworks.
• Experience in cybersecurity or cyber operations within defense, intelligence, or government sectors is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in a secure environment, manage sensitive information, and adhere to applicable regulations and policies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Cybersecurity, Information Systems, National Security, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
• Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one is strongly preferred.
