Job summary

RealmOne, based in Columbia, MD, seeks a Cryptologic Cyber Planner to coordinate cyber operations across DoD components and USCYBERCOM. You will lead JOPP/JOPP-C efforts, align cyberspace activities with NDS/JSPS, and draft EXORDs, OPORDs, and PLANORDs.

The role requires active security clearance with polygraph and relevant DoD planning experience; doctoral, master's, or bachelor's degrees with appropriate years of experience are considered.

Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Associates degree with 7 years of experience.
• HS diploma or GED with 9 years of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in any field is acceptable.
• Active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.
• Experience related to a DoD mission and joint operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP) and JOPP-C for full-spectrum cyberspace operations.
• Align cyberspace operations with National Defense Strategy (NDS) and Joint Strategic Planning System (JSPS) objectives; develop EXORDs, OPORDs, and PLANORDs.
• Integrate Offensive and Defensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO/DCO) into multi-domain campaigns.
• External engagement and collaboration with cross-agency working groups and field experience.
