Job summary

Deloitte's Government & Public Services GPS practice is seeking a Project Integration Engineer II to coordinate deployment travel for federal contracts. You will ensure compliance with FAR/JTR and TO procedures, and manage credentials such as PIV/CAC and security clearances.

You will work with Front Office and Security teams to verify travel, authorization and reporting activities meet regulatory requirements, maintain up-to-date records for deployment eligibility, and develop travel plans for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in travel coordination.
• 1 year experience with FAR, JTR, and TO travel regulations.
• 1 year experience managing credentialing processes (PIV/CAC, security clearances).
• 2 years experience in MS Office and travel management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment travel requirements for CONUS and OCONUS.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, JTR, and TO procedures.
• Manage credentialing documentation (PIV, CAC, security clearances).
• Maintain records to ensure deployment eligibility and access requirements.
• Develop and communicate travel plans for the prime team and client.
