Responsibilities

• Developing travel plans including budgets, schedules, and visa requirements for overseas deployment
• Monitor tasks and report performance to meet objectives
• Interact with DoS personnel and industry reps to ensure customer requirements are met
• Support deployment activities including tracking traveler readiness, training, passports, and medical clearances
• Prepare reports and travel materials; ensure FAR compliance and deliverables
