Job summary

i3, Integration Innovation, Inc., is seeking a Technical Writer to support TOP-T in Redstone Arsenal, AL. You will develop and edit training manuals, user guides, and SOPs, ensuring compliance with DoD standards and collaborating with engineers and software teams.

You will contribute to software testing activities as part of the IVV&E team, helping ensure usability and quality of mission-critical tools for warfighters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in technical writing or developing training materials.
• Active DoD security clearance, with the ability to maintain it.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit technical documents such as training manuals, user guides, reports, and SOPs.
• Ensure documentation meets military standards for style, format, and quality.
• Collaborate with engineers, software developers, and business partners to translate complex information into clear content.
• Design graphics, illustrations, and presentations to enhance materials.
• Participate in software testing activities as part of the IVV&E team.
• Contribute to project deliverables and track performance metrics.
