Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of technical writing experience.
• Active DoD security clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear content.
• Willingness to travel.
• Preferred: knowledge of military documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit training manuals, user guides, reports, and SOPs.
• Ensure all documentation meets military standards for style, format, and quality.
• Collaborate with engineers, software developers, and business partners to translate complex technical information into clear content.
• Design and incorporate graphics, illustrations, and presentations to enhance technical materials.
• Participate in software testing activities as part of the IVV&E team.
• Contribute to project deliverables and track performance metrics.
