Leonardo DRS, Inc. in Germantown, MD is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to build pipelines of passive candidates, engage top talent early, and partner with hiring managers across our defense technology teams.

You will manage full-cycle sourcing activities, use LinkedIn Recruiter and other databases, and deliver a responsive candidate experience while strengthening our employer brand and talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
• Two+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing.
• Proven success engaging passive candidates via direct outreach and networking.
• Experience supporting career fairs, recruiting events, campus recruiting, or community outreach.
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, managers, and partners.
• Consultative mindset with ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive sourcing to identify and engage candidates for current and future roles.
• Build and nurture pipelines of passive candidates, maintaining regular contact.
• Use a broad range of sourcing channels to reach specialized talent.
• Develop customized sourcing strategies for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create TA plans.
• Represent RADA at career fairs and recruiting events to strengthen our brand.
• Establish relationships with colleges, universities, and professional groups.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from intake to offer.
• Deliver a responsive, engaging candidate experience from outreach to hire.
• Create and maintain talent communities for priority skill areas.
• Track sourcing activity and pipeline health using ATS and analytics tools.
