Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years recruiting experience for cleared positions.
• Experience recruiting for DoD and military industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (federal and state).

Responsibilities

• Define recruitment needs with hiring managers and create accurate job descriptions.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer.
