Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• 8+ years of recruiting experience, government contracting preferred.
• Experience with sourcing on job boards and networks; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via internet, cold calling, job boards, social media and referrals.
• Partner with TA Specialists to generate candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Screen and vet candidates during preliminary calls and share feedback with the team.
• Develops creative sourcing plans and posting content compliant with requirements.
