Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in systems engineering or related roles.
• Experience developing or verifying system requirements.
• Experience with system integration, testing, or verification.
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage system, subsystem, and component-level requirements throughout the program lifecycle.
• Analyze customer needs to develop technical solutions and system architectures.
• Maintain requirements documentation, ICDs, and traceability matrices.
• Perform requirements decomposition and allocation to hardware, software, and subsystems.
• Support system architecture development and baseline management.
• Coordinate integration of hardware, software, and mission system components.
• Participate in system integration activities, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support design reviews, technical interchange meetings, and customer reviews.
• Assist with verification planning, testing, and requirements compliance assessments.
• Conduct analyses, trade studies, and risk assessments for system development decisions.
• Evaluate changes and impacts on performance, interfaces, and cost.
