Qualifications

• 20+ years of technical systems engineering experience.
• Master’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related STEM field.
• Travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead strategic engineering initiatives for advanced capabilities.
• Act as senior technical advisor to government leadership on systems engineering and tech integration.
• Develop long-range system integration strategies and roadmaps.
• Oversee requirements, architecture evaluations, and performance assessments.
• Identify emerging technologies and apply them to DoD/Army programs.
• Lead MBSE initiatives and ensure alignment with government architectures.
