Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• Experience in systems engineering, requirements management, or related roles.
• Experience with complex technical systems in defense/aerospace.
• Familiarity with lifecycle processes and MBSE concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage system, subsystem, and component requirements across the program lifecycle.
• Analyze needs to develop technical solutions and system architectures.
• Develop and maintain requirements docs, ICDs, and traceability matrices.
• Decompose requirements to hardware, software, and subsystems.
• Support system architecture development and baseline management.
• Coordinate hardware/software integration and verification activities.
• Support design reviews and client reviews; participate in risk assessments.
• Contribute to verification planning and test execution.
