Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced Systems Engineering and Integration Specialist to join our team in Huntsville, AL. You will provide comprehensive support to DoD customers to develop radar technologies for integration into air and missile defense system architectures.

The role emphasizes capability roadmap development, systems integration, and technical coordination with PdO and Prime contractors, requiring clear government stakeholder communication and readiness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or CS with 5–10 years of related experience.
• Fundamental understanding of radar systems and data analysis methodologies.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% and obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support capability roadmap development, systems integration and test for PdO within the SoS community.
• Coordinate with Prime contractors on integration strategy for PdO products into Army architecture.
• Represent PdO interests and respond to RFIs from Army forums and related groups.
• Develop strategic plans for product evolution and integration across product lines.
• Maintain product-level and system-level performance documents across subsystems.
• Support SE IPTs and Working Groups for the selected product.
• Plan, coordinate, and report status/risk to customers.
