Job summary

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, award, modify, and close subcontracts that meet technical, cost, and schedule goals.
• Monitor supplier performance across cost, schedule, quality, and technical metrics, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve daily supplier issues to protect production flow.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, finance, and legal teams to align deliverables.
• Apply DFARS, FAR, ITAR, and internal policies, conducting compliance reviews, and mitigating regulatory exposure.
