Lockheed Martin is seeking a Subcontract Program Management Asc Mgr for the TacIRST program in Orlando. You will lead a team of Procurement Representatives to deliver cost-efficient, on-time solutions while managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for US DoD programs.

The role requires coordinating with government clients and internal teams, ensuring compliance with defense policies, and fostering strong leadership in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with procurement of specialized materials and equipment in defense.
• Thorough knowledge of acquisition policies (LMAP/MAPS) and FAR/DFAR requirements.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experienced with P2P and SAP.
• Detail- and team-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/education.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, presentation) and problem-solving skills.
• Business acumen and ability to make business-based decisions.
• Self-motivated with urgency and ownership of tasks; able to travel.
• On-site availability >50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Procurement Representatives in supplier selection and recommendations.
• Manage invoice reconciliation, payment processes, and purchase order modifications.
• Oversee GSC metrics, bill-of-material management, and mitigation of shortages.
• Coordinate with government clients, engineering, operations, and sustainment teams to resolve issues.
