Job summary

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking an experienced Subcontract Manager in the Fort Worth area to oversee supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex subcontracts across commercial, DoD, and international programs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, sign supplier agreements within authority, and develop subcontract terms, evaluate bids, and administer subcontracts with multiple contract types. This role requires deep FAR/DFAR knowledge and SAP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous defense contract procurement experience.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task.
• Ability to lead a team of peer buyers.
• FAR/DFAR and defense contracting experience.
• Knowledgable in using SAP to troubleshoot and solve requirement issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on subcontracts.
• Lead the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate subcontract provisions.
