Tecomet in Massachusetts is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead defense customer engagement and coordinate RFQs, proposals, and long-term supply agreements. You will oversee site-level commercial operations, drive profitable revenue growth, and maintain strong external customer relationships while translating demand into actionable plans for Tecomet operations.

The role requires 5+ years in defense account management and a direct contract manufacturing background.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Defense strategic account management.
• Direct contract manufacturing background with Tier 3/4 experience.
• Experience handling RFQs, proposals, and negotiations for tight-tolerance parts.
• Ability to operate under security/export-control guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end RFQ and proposal workflows for Defense customers.
• Develop site-level account plans and growth roadmaps.
• Coordinate demand forecasts with planning and reconcile with orders.
• Manage customer escalations and conduct executive site reviews.
• Support NPI activities and travel as needed.
