Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a technically minded Simulation Specialist to expand Aechelon’s simulation portfolio across AMER markets. You’ll act as a specialist seller, partnering with sales and technical teams to shape and advance opportunities with U.S.-based customers, primes, and integrators.

You will translate simulation capabilities into mission-relevant value, support demonstrations, and contribute to a credible pipeline with accurate forecasts, aiming to meet annual sales goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in simulation, sales, business development, or related client-facing roles.
• Experience supporting or driving complex technology sales in defense or simulation domains.
• Ability to identify opportunities, manage accounts, and contribute to targets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as specialist BD resource for Aechelon simulation portfolio across accounts.
• Partner with sales, program, product, marketing, contracts, and tech teams to qualify and advance opportunities.
• Support achievement of annual sales goals by developing new customers and partnerships.
• Maintain a two-year forecast and opportunity funnel with stakeholders and budgets.
• Pursue new customers, participate in meetings, demonstrations, and follow-up actions.
• Articulate Aechelon’s value proposition and align customer needs to capabilities.
• Coordinate demonstrations, solution definitions, and pursuit shaping with technical support.
• Prepare customer materials, proposals, quotes, and competitive positioning.
• Provide regular opportunity updates to senior management and CRM data updates.
