Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support U.S. Navy facilities projects located at NSA Naples, Italy. In this role, you will prepare, analyze and review planning and construction schedules while collaborating closely with project teams to ensure timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, along with significant scheduling experience on large construction projects. A comprehensive benefits package is provided for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction scheduling experience or 10 years of construction scheduling experience.
• Scheduling experience on projects valued at $25M or greater.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze planning, design, and construction schedules.
• Develop and present the Basis of Schedule (BoSE) to project sponsors.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and evaluate proposed contract durations.
