Qualifications

• 5 years of construction scheduling experience, or 10 years of construction scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Claim Digger, Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication skills for preparing reports and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze planning and construction schedules.
• Review project scope and develop construction durations.
• Develop and present the Basis of Schedule to stakeholders.
• Participate in Cost Schedule Risk Analysis during planning phases.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to evaluate proposed contract durations.
