Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support U.S. Navy facilities and infrastructure projects based in NSA Naples, Italy. This role involves preparing, analyzing, and reviewing construction schedules to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management with at least 5 years of construction scheduling experience, as well as proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong communication skills. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, and 401K eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction scheduling experience, or 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience on projects valued at $25M or greater.
• Valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze construction schedules.
• Review project scope and develop specific construction durations.
• Develop and present the Basis of Schedule (BoSE) to stakeholders.
• Participate in Cost Schedule Risk Analysis during planning phases.
• Provide informal schedule workshops for personnel.
