Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking a Scheduler to support U.S. Navy facilities and infrastructure projects. This role involves preparing and reviewing planning, design, and construction schedules for various projects, ensuring accurate scheduling and successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, along with at least 5 years in construction scheduling and familiarity with Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools. This position offers comprehensive benefits and is contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction scheduling experience or 10 years without a degree.
• Experience on projects valued at $25M or greater.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze planning, design, and construction schedules.
• Review project scope and evaluate project-specific construction durations.
• Develop and present the Basis of Schedule to project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Review Architect-Engineer schedules to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Participate in Cost Schedule Risk Analysis during planning phases.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to evaluate proposed contract durations.
