Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support Navy facilities and infrastructure projects in Naples, Italy. You will prepare and analyze project schedules, ensuring accurate delivery and risk assessment.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields and at least 5 years of scheduling experience on large projects. Join us and be part of a global team that values excellence and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
• 5 years of construction scheduling experience, or 10 years of experience.
• Experience on projects valued at $25M or greater.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze planning, design, and construction schedules.
• Develop and present the Basis of Schedule (BoSE) to project sponsors.
• Participate in Cost Schedule Risk Analysis (CSRA) during planning phases.

Skills

Construction scheduling experience

Proficiency in Primavera P6

Strong English communication skills

Ability to analyze schedule conflicts

Experience with Federal building criteria

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
