Bristol Alliance of Companies is seeking a Scheduler to provide independent planning, scheduling, analysis, and schedule-risk support for NAVFAC EURAFCENT projects, including NSA Naples and NSA Bahrain. The role develops, analyzes, validates, and presents planning and construction schedules to ensure compliance with NAVFAC standards.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management and a minimum of 5 years scheduling experience, with DoD/ Navy project

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years scheduling experience; 10 years without degree.
• Experience scheduling construction projects valued at $25M+.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Claim Digger.
• Experience analyzing cost-loaded NAS schedules and time-impact analysis.
• Active Secret Clearance and valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Prepare and analyze planning, design, and construction schedules for Navy facilities (housing, ships, admin buildings, utilities).
• Recommend construction durations for RFP/solicitation packages considering constraints and interfaces.
• Develop Basis of Schedule (BoSE) documentation and present durations to Government stakeholders.
• Review A/E schedule durations and propose adjustments based on constraints.
• Participate in Cost Schedule Risk Analysis (CSRA) activities.
• Serve as non-voting Technical Evaluation Team member for schedule submissions.
• Analyze cost-loaded NAS schedules and delay impacts, including critical path updates.
• Collaborate with FEAD/ROICC and provide schedule training/review guidance.
• Provide schedule duration analysis at NAVFAC milestones (35%, 65%, 100%).
• Other duties as assigned.
