Job summary

Motorola Solutions, through its Silvus Technologies subsidiary, is hiring a Sales Engineer for the Department of War (DoW). You will work with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to deliver tailored solutions, conduct demonstrations, and support customers across the U.S.

Some travel and remote work options are available. You will become expert on Silvus radio and mesh networking products, supporting pre- and post-sales activities and influencing product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; 2+ years pre- and post-sales technical support experience; or HS diploma with 6+ years in a similar role.
• RF instruments proficiency including signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites; U.S. citizenship due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including system planning and training.
• Conduct product demonstrations for customers and evaluations.
• Travel up to 50% for meetings, events, and demonstrations.
• Visit customer sites to provide technical support and training.
• Troubleshoot field issues and feedback to development teams.
