Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Management Support professional to support the 96 TW at Eglin AFB, FL onsite. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and capable of obtaining a Secret DoD security clearance.

You will review lifecycles, assist with planning, and coordinate documentation, schedules, and meetings, using MS Office to manage deliverables in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret DoD security clearance.
• BS degree and relevant experience levels specified by contract (Level 1–4).
• Strong planning, scheduling, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in coordinating with government stakeholders and delivering meeting minutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to government stakeholders on project planning and resource allocation.
• Review lifecycles, schedules, milestones, and deliverables; monitor timelines.
• Participate in status meetings and document outcomes.
• Maintain documentation of project activities, decisions, and results.
• Develop program plans and technical roadmaps.
• Work independently or in a team; organize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Demonstrate strong people, organizational, management, and leadership skills.
• Support product development in a fast-paced, strategic environment.
