Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. seeks a Tech SME to support the 715th Test Squadron at the AEDC, onsite at Edwards AFB, TN. The role focuses on test management, PMI-aligned processes, and portfolio coordination to advance hypersonic weapon and flight system programs.

Ideal candidates have strong project management skills, government contracting experience, and the ability to develop risk assessments, schedules, and data-driven briefings for leadership.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in an applicable discipline.
• Active Secret clearance required and must be maintained.
• Experience with RDT&E program management and federal contracting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice in test management and program/project management for RDT&E requirements.
• Support five phases of flight test planning, monitoring, and closeout.
• Develop objectives, deliverables, schedules, and risk assessments for CTFs/ITFs.
• Coordinate workload-capacity planning and resource allocation across multi-project portfolios.
• Prepare data driven briefings and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and improve training materials on project management processes and tools.
