Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an experienced Program Operations Manager to join the Advanced Programs Operations & Supply Chain Growth team. You will serve as the liaison between Operations, Supply Chain, Growth program leadership, engineering and the supplier base to execute capacity strategies and ensure timely production deliveries.

The role involves heavy travel to supplier locations, managing budgets and schedules, and presenting updates to executive leadership. A current security clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or advanced degree with 5–8+ years of experience
• Experience in supply chain, finance, operations, project management or program management
• Experience managing supplier performance related to financials and metrics
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility

Responsibilities

• Manage and report cost, schedule, and execution for supplier capacity investments
• Develop and execute sourcing, capital, and capacity strategies with suppliers
• Create risk/opportunity plans to meet program objectives
• Coordinate with operations, supply chain, engineering, and program management weekly
• Travel domestically up to 80% of the time to supplier sites
