Qualifications

• Experience in a matrix organization (contracts, engineering, operations, program management, supply chain, quality).
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand key business and financial drivers within contract assignments and translate into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Forecasting, risk identification, and financial planning with independence.
• Collaborate with team to meet contract, program, and customer goals.
• Provide cost, schedule, and financial analysis/reporting using company tools and processes.
• Coordinate development of quarterly EAC and LRE.
• Provide financial guidance to program team and functional leads.
• Build finance charts for monthly reviews and reporting.
• Develop and deliver Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs).
• Establish and maintain program logs (work authorization, contract modification).
