Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking an Intermediate Management Analyst to provide analytical and operational support to a PMO for our government customer in the National Capital Region, Washington, D.C. The role emphasizes coordination, data analysis, and preparing senior-level briefings for DoD and Army leadership.

Responsibilities include managing taskings from higher headquarters, supporting daily PMO operations, and enabling efficient information management using Word, Excel,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• PMI-PBA or equivalent certification required.
• Master’s degree in Business Analytics satisfies both education and certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple taskings from higher headquarters to support PMO operations.
• Prepare briefings and data presentations for senior DoD and Army leadership.
• Organize and manage large volumes of information using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Track suspense actions and internal directives; ensure timely responses.
• Support process improvement and organizational efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain document control and manage shared file environments.
