Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC seeks an Intermediate Management Analyst to support a government PMO in the National Capital Region, Washington, D.C. The role emphasizes coordination, data analysis, and briefing senior DoD and Army leadership on program status.

Responsibilities include managing taskings, organizing operations, and driving process improvements while maintaining document control and collaborating with contractors and government agencies. The position requires a U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) or equivalent; Master’s in Business Analytics is acceptable.
• Strong PMO support and data analysis experience for DoD/Army programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple taskings from higher HQ to support PM and operational activities.
• Support PMO daily operations and execution efforts.
• Prepare and manage large volumes of information using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Develop briefings and data presentations for senior DoD and Army leadership.
• Capture and track responses to suspense items from higher HQ.
