Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software seeks an Engagement Manager to drive Solution Services across named customer accounts in the Defense OEM space. This role combines sales, account management, and business development with 25–50% travel in the United States.

You will own customer relationships, develop service proposals, and navigate approvals while leveraging SISW product knowledge and delivery methodologies to maximize value realization for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.
• 8+ years in professional services with delivery and selling.
• 3–5 years with SISW software products including PLM (Teamcenter, NX, Opcenter, Mendix).
• Executive presence to present to Senior Customer Leadership teams.
• Proven business acumen to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Jointly own SISW customer relationships for named accounts with Sales and Practice teams.
• Maintain a Solution Services pipeline in SFDC with a plan to meet targets.
• Develop detailed Statements of Work, scope definitions, and estimates.
• Lead pricing discussions and negotiate with customers on SOWs.
• Support governance through PM30/PM80 processes and deal closure.
• Travel to customer locations 25–50% across the United States.
• Translate SISW service offerings and delivery methodology into customer value.
