Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking an expert Solution Architect to join the Defense OEM Customer Outcomes organization within our Professional Services team. You will design innovative software solutions using the Xcelerator portfolio that accelerate defense customers' digital transformation.
You will translate complex business requirements into architected designs, collaborate with consultants, project managers and stakeholders, and lead the application of our Deployment Framework
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related field is required or equivalent
- 3–5 years of technical experience as an Architect leading large-scale software implementations
- 7+ years of industry experience with progression in responsibility
- Proficiency with Agile principles in project delivery environments
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills for multi-level audiences
Mansioni
- Translate customer requirements into architected designs aligning with Siemens DI Software solutions
- Develop architectural blueprints for integrated solutions across applications, systems and platforms
- Lead solution definition and enablement efforts within the Delivery Framework on customer projects
- Provide accurate status reports on projects, issues and risks to leadership
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, peers and stakeholders to support delivery
- Demonstrate thought leadership and drive customer value through strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with account teams to drive adoption of DI solutions
- Lead validation activities including prototyping and testing with customers
