Job summary

GM Defense is seeking a Part Order Fulfillment Program Coordinator to streamline order intake, fulfillment, and delivery tracking using SAP at the Global Technical Center in Warren, Michigan.

You will collaborate with logistics, purchasing, finance, contracting, and program teams to maintain schedule integrity, resolve issues, and improve execution in a hybrid work environment requiring three on-site days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• U.S. Person required (citizen or permanent resident, asylee or refugee).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming part orders from intake through fulfillment and delivery tracking.
• Support order management in SAP and related systems, including setup and invoice readiness.
• Collaborate with logistics, packaging, purchasing, finance, contracting, and material management teams.
• Maintain program timing plans, track risks and issues, and support cross‑functional readiness.
• Document and implement processes to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
