Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to join the EW Manufacturing Team. You will ensure stringent testing standards and throughput, solving testing challenges and driving automation, UI, and data-analytic improvements across production.

You will own test activities, collaborate with Design, Quality and Manufacturing teams, and push continuous improvement in test methods and equipment calibration to ship high-quality defense hardware.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Experience with contract manufacturers in the testing of PCBA/electronic assemblies.
• Strong root cause analysis skills of non-conforming hardware.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiar with Product Life Cycle (PLM) systems, MES, and Test Execution Systems (TES).
• Ability to obtain and maintain US DoD clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain ownership of test activities in production and ensuring production test flow.
• Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from system checkouts to component level validation.
• Improve and sustain existing test systems to improve automation, consistency, total cycle time, and test coverage (DfM).
• Generate test work instructions for technicians in MES; train on equipment use.
• Develop library of common failure modes with troubleshooting guides/diagrams.
• Determine root cause of product failures and recommend corrective actions (RCCA).
• Collaborate with Design, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering teams for returns and failure analysis.
• Provide feedback to early-stage test design for NPIs.
• Analyze test data and document results for defects and improvements.
• Work with design engineers to recommend product enhancements from test outcomes.
• Optimize test strategies for efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment for precision.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes.
• Execute testing as required.
