The firm seeks an experienced attorney to manage a litigation caseload, take depositions, and prepare cases for trial.

A national civil litigation firm handling toxic tort, complex product liability, local government, general liability, and commercial litigation matters. Working closely with clients, the firm pursues strong results and cost-effective representation wherever they do business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage a litigation caseload independently
• Take depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
• Analyze discovery; draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions
• Prepare cases for trial and provide trial support

Candidate Qualifications:

• 8+ years of defense litigation experience
• Experience with motion practice and depositions, including leading plaintiff and expert depositions
• Excellent research, writing, and complex analytical skill
