Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and trial support.
• Draft high-quality briefs, motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct complex factual and legal research and prepare persuasive written and oral advocacy.
• Litigation support provided.
• Participate in client meetings, strategy sessions, and settlement negotiations.
• Support and pursue business development and client origination efforts.

Seeking an experienced Litigation Associate with strong litigation experience in complex litigation matters. This role offers high-level case responsibility, mentorship from senior partners, business‑development support and competitive compensation with bonus and origination payment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and trial support
• Draft high-quality briefs, motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
