Beacon Hill is seeking a remote Litigation Attorney to support a commercial and business litigation practice. This six-month assignment offers a path to permanent conversion for the right candidate, with hourly pay and Eastern time scheduling.

Eligible candidates must reside in and hold an active bar license in good standing in one of the listed states. Prior Delaware litigation experience is a plus, and the role emphasizes independent work, initiative, and strong writing skills.

Litigation Attorney

Beacon Hill's client, an Am Law Firm, is seeking a remote litigation attorney to support their commercial and business litigation practice. The team is looking for someone interested in a long-term opportunity, with potential for permanent conversion.

Position Details

Pay: $102-$119 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule: 30-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, working Eastern time hours.

Duration: Initially estimated at six months, with potential for permanent conversion based on business needs.

Start: As soon as possible.

Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in and be actively licensed in the same eligible state in which the firm has an office)

Eligible states: California, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington State, and Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deposition preparation; this role does not involve taking depositions.
• Draft briefs and conduct legal research.
• Support trial preparation and discovery.
