Formación

• 8+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Experience leading plaintiff and expert depositions.
• Excellent research, writing, and complex analytical skill.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a litigation caseload independently.
• Take depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
• Analyze discovery; draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions.
• Prepare cases for trial and provide trial support.
