Railhead, Inc. seeks a User Support Engineer to support the Defense Enclave Services program at Fort Meade, MD. You will focus on lifecycle replacement activities for enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring DISA/DoD standards compliance during planning, staging, configuration, testing, and migration of devices.

You will lead technical analysis, collaborate with R&D and server/network teams, and support SOPs, security posture, and deployments across enterprise environments.

Formación

• BA/BS in a technical or managerial discipline; 10+ years relevant experience.
• 5+ years of systems engineering design and operations experience.
• 7+ years of experience configuring, securing, and troubleshooting end-user computing devices.
• Solution engineering design and transition for SCCM, MECM, MS Intune, VMware, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Deskop EndPoint Solutions including Apple products.
• IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or DoD Baseline) required before start.

Responsabilidades

• Support system integration, evaluation, site surveys, verification and validation, and risk assessments for total systems and architectures.
• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic implementation plans and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with vendors and groups to leverage emerging technology for mission assurance.
• Provide engineering technical analysis to resolve issues using engineering theories and concepts.
• Assist in security and compliance posture assessment to maintain accreditation.
• Contribute to project schedules, risk mitigation, lessons learned, and stakeholder updates.
• Develop implementation plans, SOPs, schedules, and related documents.
• Support desktop imaging and deployment using SCCM, MECM, and Intune.
