Job summary

Dine Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a highly skilled User Support Engineer to support the Defense Enclave Services (DES) program at Fort Meade, MD. The role demands deep expertise in end-user computing, enterprise device management, and cyber security alignment with DoD standards.

You will lead engineering analyses, design and implement workstation and endpoint solutions, and mentor the service desk team while coordinating with cybersecurity and government stakeholders to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, CS or equivalent.
• 10+ years in systems engineering, user support, enterprise IT operations.
• 5+ years in systems engineering, design and operational support.
• 7+ years configuring and securing end-user devices in enterprise environments.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification required.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority for enterprise end-user computing services and technologies.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution for workstation and endpoint incidents.
• Lead architecture reviews, system integration and readiness assessments.
• Design, implement, secure, and maintain enterprise workstation and endpoint solutions.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and government stakeholders to ensure secure delivery of services.
• Develop engineering documentation, procedures and implementation plans.
• Mentor service desk personnel and junior engineers.
• Support root-cause analyses and major incident investigations.
