Job summary

The Green Technology Group, LLC (TGTG) is seeking an Information Management/Information Technology Technician to provide comprehensive IT support at Cannon AFB in Clovis, NM. This role requires timely handling of user issues, desktop and printer maintenance, and data integrity during hardware changes.

Applicants should have 3-5 years of helpdesk/systems experience, be capable with Windows 10, SharePoint and Office Suite, and meet DoD 8570-M certification requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of helpdesk/systems experience.
• Certifications meeting DoD 8570.01-M requirements.
• Experience with Windows 10, Office, SharePoint.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in a timely manner.
• Manage, maintain and install workstations, printers, and peripherals.
• Determine proper configuration of systems as to software and hardware.
• Ensure devices are fully functional and data migrated when replacing hardware.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve printer and network issues.
• Enter and update trouble calls in the Trouble Ticket Tracking system.
• Manage Asset Management and SCCM deployment.
