Job summary

The Green Technology Group, LLC is seeking an experienced IM/IT Technician to provide timely user support in Clovis, NM (Cannon AFB). The role includes hardware setup, software configuration, and incident resolution across desktop and peripheral devices.

Responsibilities span workstation maintenance, printer troubleshooting, account management in MJAD, and documenting work in the Trouble Ticket Tracking System. A background check would be required for security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience providing timely customer support.
• Experience installing and configuring workstations and printers.
• Ability to work with Windows 10, SharePoint, and Office Suite.
• Knowledge of asset and ticket-tracking processes.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain workstations, printers, and peripherals.
• Configure systems with appropriate software and hardware.
• Resolve software and hardware issues to keep users productive.
• Document work in the Trouble Ticket Tracking System.
• Manage account requests and access in MJAD.
• Monitor server room equipment and UPS.
• Provide first response to IT incidents in Medical Systems.
