The Green Technology Group, LLC (TGTG) is seeking an experienced Information Management/Information Technology Technician to support medical systems under contract at Cannon AFB, Clovis, NM. The role covers workstation and peripheral maintenance, software/hardware configuration, and accurate trouble-ticket documentation.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of helpdesk experience, DoD 8570-Mcertifications, and familiarity with MJAD/AD environments, SCCM, and asset management workflows.

• 3–5 years of helpdesk/systems experience.
• Certifications must meet DoD 8570.01-M requirements.
• Experience in Military Treatment Facility Information Systems Help Desk operations.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer support to customers in a timely manner.
• Manage, maintain and install workstations, printers, and peripherals.
• Determine proper configuration of systems as to software and hardware.
• Ensure knowledge of latest office automation software and network operating systems.
• Enter and update assignment information in the Trouble Ticket Tracking System.
