Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, CS, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years for Master level; 5+ years for Senior level.
- Experience documenting requirements for federal IT systems.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder-facing communication skills.
- Experience working with functional users, developers and testers.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid software lifecycles.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document functional and system requirements for DOEHRS-IH and DOEHRS-HC enhancements.
- Conduct requirements analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessments for proposed changes.
- Participate in Sprint and Release Planning; refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Liaise between functional stakeholders and technical teams to clarify rules and workflows.
- Support Technical Reviews by developing requirements documentation.
- Contribute to ICD development by documenting data attributes and interface rules.
- Map requirements to test cases with Test Engineers.
- Support escalated issues requiring in‑depth analysis.
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the lifecycle.
