AllClear Aerospace & Defense is seeking a Customer Account Manager – Repair Services to manage relationships with U.S. government and defense customers and guide repair programs from opportunity to contract completion.

The role sits at the center of our defense repair business, coordinating with internal teams to win competitively, execute on time, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and related requirements. A detail‑driven professional with ERP/Salesforce experience is a strong fit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of sales account management or relevant work experience required.
• ERP systems experience (Quantum preferred).
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Working knowledge of the U.S. government procurement lifecycle, including FAR/DFARS and common solicitation types such as RFQ, RFP, RFI, and Sources Sought.
• PIEE/WAWF experience preferred.
• Familiarity with DCMA inspection/acceptance and contract administration processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and enters customer orders with high-level complexity/volume requiring significant decision‑making capabilities.
• Works cross functionally to resolve problems.
• Participates on teams to drive process improvement.
• Maintain customer relationship to generate repeat business opportunity.
• Preparing responses for bid/proposal materials.
• Identifies and reviews new U.S. government opportunities through SAM.gov and other agency procurement portals.
• Reviews RFQs/RFPs/RFIs/sources sought and related bid requirements.
• Coordinates with Contracting Officers and DCMA on contractual, inspection, shipping, invoicing requirements.
• Maintains ERP/CRM data and reports to support pipelines and performance metrics.
