Job summary

AllClear Aerospace & Defense in Miramar, FL is seeking a Customer Account Manager – Repair Services to own the relationship with U.S. government and defense customers. You will guide each repair program from opportunity through contract completion, ensuring competitive wins and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with internal teams, prepare bid materials, manage the government procurement lifecycle (FAR/DFARS), and maintain Salesforce records to track opportunities, bids, and awards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of sales account management or relevant work experience required.
• Knowledge of U.S. government procurement lifecycle, including FAR/DFARS, RFQ/RFP/RFI/Sources Sought.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with U.S. government and defense customers to guide repair programs.
• Coordinate responses for RFQs, RFPs, and bid documentation.
• Maintain Salesforce with opportunities, bids, and pipeline.
• Coordinate with Contracting Officers, DCMA, and other government representatives.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and government requirements.
